A 100% refund will be issued if an order is cancelled by Freshpick due to unavailability of the delivery location or the ordered item being out of stock. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
If you have any concerns regarding the quality of the delivered product, Flowerzila will investigate the issue. If the complaint is found to be valid, we will either issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement of the product, based on your preference. Refunds will be processed via NEFT within 7 to 10 working days.
Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
For same-day or next-day deliveries, cancellations are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or dispatched.
